Altoros is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated Assistant Director to support our Director within the North American Sales/Business Development team.

Responsibilities for this position include the ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Work globally with different teams and senior managers helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Attending key meetings
  • Driving key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, various reporting spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Assist in driving multiple sales and partnership opportunities to success
  • Log information into CRM
  • Manage Opportunity/Sales Reports
  • Travel coordination
  • Participate in planning of events
  • Have fun at work and help others do the same
  • Work well with others


  • Minimum of two years of experience assisting at the executive level
  • Knowledge of Google Documents, Google Calendar, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Experience handling confidential information and working with internal and external professionals
  • Experience in IT

  • Fluent English
  • Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
